The HP 2510 series switches consist of four managed Layer 2 switches for reliable 10/100 and 10/100/1000 connectivity and are an essential solution for small and medium-sized businesses. The 2510 switch series was created after the success of the HP 2510-24 switch, a 10/100 switch with 24 ports (including two dual personality ports) around the HP 2510-48 switch with 48 10/100 ports and four Gigabit Ethernet uplinks extended, which offers a higher density. With the 2510G-24 and 2510G-48 switches with 24 or 48 10/100/1000 connections and four dual personality connections each, the 2510-G switches complement the 2510 series with Gigabit Ethernet uplinks. This makes these switches ideal for companies that need increased network performance.
